All programs will have some sort of emphasis on compound movements heavily dependent on squats, bench press, and deadlifts, often referred to as "the big three". These compound movements, when done correctly, will help burn fat, build muscle, and overall make you stronger and leaner as you follow good nutrition. I advocate for a flexible dieting approach, although not everyone feels comfortable with that method. Approximate nutritional guidelines may be discussed on a case by case basis if a client desires to do so. I have worked with a variety of fitness levels and age ranges. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an expert, a teenager or a septuagenarian, a powerlifter or simply someone trying to look better in the clothes they wear, I will work with you to achieve your goals. As your goals may change, the programming will change in pursuit of the new goals.
